Our History

For over 25 years our café's have been in Jacksonville with the first one opening in Regency Square Mall under the name of Mr. Dunderbak's Deli. In 1990 we changed the name when we broadened the menu to include over 100 overstuffed sandwiches, wraps, pitas and croissant sandwiches, humongous salads, delicious soups (three to choose from daily, but always our signature Beer Cheese) and delectable Middle Eastern foods. If you've got room after all that, our baked goods department has an extensive selection of cakes and pies, ice cream treats and our overwhelming one-third of a pound cookies.

Each of our four locations boasts twenty draft beer taps and over 150 imported bottled beers. We welcome you to join us for our happy hour each day from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. or ask your server about joining our "around the world" beer club.

After your meal you can visit our candy store with some of Europe and America's finest confectionary delights including the ever popular Kinder Eggs from Germany. We also carry some of the harder to come by European gourmet food items and don't forget our immense closeout wine selection, always two for $11.95.
